The University of Virginia Darden School of Business is proud to report the employment outcomes of 100 percent of the Full-Time MBA Class of 2025. Of the 327 graduates seeking employment following their MBA education, 90.2% had received at least one job offer within three months of graduation in May 2025.
Compensation Outcomes

Geographic Outcomes
Darden graduates are spreading out across the country and some globally as they embark on their first job after graduation. Darden’s most recent alumni can be found across the U.S. in the Mid-Atlantic (25.3%), Northeast (25%), South (14.4%), West (13.4%), Southwest (12.3%) and Midwest (7.9%).
Class of 2026 Internship Outcomes
Full-Time MBA students are encouraged to pursue an internship during the summer between their first and second years in the program. We are pleased to share that 100% of the Class of 2026 completed a summer internship.
Students may return to the company where they interned or continue MBA recruitment into their Second Year of business school.

Admitted Darden MBA students can start taking advantage of the vast resources provided by the Career Center Team immediately following a decision of acceptance. This support continues throughout the MBA recruiting process and even after graduation.
