The University of Virginia Darden School of Business is thrilled to announce that Willie Green will begin his role of Senior Assistant Dean for Admissions on 4 May 2026.

As the new leader of the Admissions Team of the No. 1 public business school in the world, Green will be responsible for managing a team of exceptional admissions officers and staff for the Full-Time, Part-Time and Executive MBA; Future Year Scholars Program; Master of Science in Business Administration (MSBA) and Ph.D. programs in Charlottesville and Rosslyn, Virginia.

Green comes to Darden with over 15 years of experience in leadership roles at the University of Virginia, Duke University, Amazon and Google — his experience across talent recruitment, higher education and technology is a welcome catalyst for Darden’s momentum.
