We recently completed the second module of the two-part Global Strategy and Leadership Program that Darden developed in partnership with the Indian School of Business (ISB). The first module featured a five-day strategy course hosted by ISB in Hyderabad, India. The second module, hosted by Darden in Charlottesville, included a bridging session for the participants, who then joined with an additional cohort for our True Leadership program (recently renamed as Purpose Driven Leadership). Participants agreed that being part of the multicultural cohort enriched their experience and provided unique insights into the challenges and opportunities for organizations around the world.
Several of the participants shared what made the experience special for them, as well as how the cross-cultural exchange enhanced the discussions and learnings from the program, giving them new perspectives on their own businesses within the global marketplace.
