Darden’s Center for Global Initiatives hosted a week-long International Partner Program for the Zürich University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration (HWZ) 12-19 March. This was Darden’s first international program hosted since the pandemic began 2 years ago. HWZ was the last program we hosted back in 2020, so it was great to see them again! The program, focused on international management, included courses on business ethics, strategy and leadership from the Darden faculty team of Bobby ParmarRaj VenkatesanAndy WicksRoshni Raveendhran and Ed Freeman. The group from Switzerland consisted of 56 MSc, MBA and executive MBA students and four administrators, including HWZ dean Matthias Ruegg. The program included a tour of UVA’s academical village and a company visit to King Family Vineyards. See more pictures of the week below!
