Toolkit piloted in Darden MBA Program

For the past three years, a draft version of the Strategist’s Toolkit has been used in the first year required Strategy course in the MBA program of the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. Over 320 students per year spread across five sections, have used the tools in the Toolkit as the basis for their analysis of various cases discussed in the classroom. At the end of the term, the students are asked to integrate the various tools in the toolkit to provide a comprehensive strategic analysis of a business.
