Darden’s full-time MBA Class of 2021 reached a school record of 40 percent women. As the School continues to develop the next generation of leaders and recruit the Class of 2023, female representation in leadership roles is more important than ever — and Darden is uniquely positioned to help women find their voice and point of view.
In a recent online session with current students and recent graduates, Director of Admissions Haley Whitlock Gyory moderated a conversation during which the panelists outlined ways that their Darden experience allowed them to explore new industries and career opportunities, share their expertise during class and connect with their peers in new ways.
