There is still one week to submit applications to attend the 2021 Darden Diversity Conference! This will be the fourth year for the Darden Diversity Conference, and while the experience has again moved to an online format, Senior Director of Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Recruiting Christian West, along with Associate Director of Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Recruiting Kristian Robinson (he/him) and the student planning team have taken steps to ensure meaningful dialogue, authentic student experiences and plenty of time for connecting with peers.
The Darden Diversity Conference is an opportunity for all prospective students (regardless of desired MBA format) to experience how Darden embraces and celebrates diversity and inclusion, make connections with their communities of interest. There is a special focus for prospective students from diverse backgrounds, including women, LGBTQ+ and members of domestic under-represented racial or ethnic communities. A brief application to attend is due by Friday, 17 September at 12:00 P.M. Eastern.
Diversity Conference attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Participate in a mock case
- Get to know Darden’s affinity clubs
- Meet with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion faculty and staff
- Connect with members of the Darden community
- Receive a guaranteed interview invitation with a member of the Admissions Committee
- Earn a Darden application fee waiver for the current admissions cycle
