This October, Darden is hosting back-to-back signature events for prospective MBA students — candidates can choose to apply to the Women’s Admissions Symposium on Friday, 27 October and/or the Diversity Conference on Saturday 28, October and Sunday, 29 October.
Prospective students will also can choose between in-person or virtual participation for these events. Admissions looks forward to hosting attendees in-person for the full Darden experience, but also recognizes that a virtual alternative format is more accessible to many!
The final deadline to apply to either (or both!) of these events is Monday, 11 September. Space is limited for in-person participation.
Darden Admissions looks forward to facilitating meaningful dialogue and creating space for authentic interactions between prospective students, current students, and alumni. These programs will highlight the ways a Darden MBA can help students develop confidence and lifelong skills beyond the classroom.
Women’s Admissions Symposium and Diversity Conference attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Participate in a case discussion facilitated by a Darden professor
- Get to know Darden’s affinity clubs
- Meet with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion faculty and staff
- Connect with members of the Darden community, including students and alumni
- Earn a Darden application fee waiver for the current admissions cycle
- Receive a guaranteed interview invitation in the round of application submission
- And more!

Attendees who participate in programming on Darden’s Grounds in Charlottesville, Virginia will also receive free hotel accommodations at the Kimpton Forum hotel, located just a short walk from the academic buildings.
