Darden hosted the sixth annual Diversity Conference on the 28 & 29 of October. The weekend was filled with webinars, keynotes, panels and discussions for prospective students to engage with Darden students, faculty and alumnae.
Following a successful Women’s Admissions Symposium, the events kicked off with tours of Darden grounds, admissions panels and mock classes. Prospective students experienced the case method first hand while working with Darden faculty Kim Whitler, Shane Dikolli and Elena Loutskina.
Senior Assistant Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Christie Julien, also lead an interactive session on Darden’s approach to inclusive excellence.
Prospective students had the opportunity to meet with the Finance, Consulting, Technology and GMO and Marketing clubs to start thinking about how they fit into the Darden community, and how their careers will be impacted by completing an MBA.
Participants left the weekend feeling invigorated and excited by their time on grounds.
