In an ever-shifting market, the 2023-24 University of Virginia Darden School of Business Full-Time MBA Employment Report reflects a positive outlook for Class of 2023. The report tracks employment outcomes for Full-Time MBA students in the Class of 2023 and internship placements for the Class of 2024.
Receiving the highest mean starting salary in school history for the fifth consecutive year, Darden’s Full-Time MBA class of 2023 had an average base salary of $167,899.
Assistant Dean of the Career Center, Jeff McNish, told The Darden Report, “The notable achievements of our most recent graduating class are a testament to the hard work Darden students put forward each day in pursuit of their ambitious career goals. Our tremendous Career Center staff, dedicated alumni network and supportive faculty come together to ensure Darden graduates can access valuable employment opportunities and achieve positive outcomes.”
