- Who: Early career professionals who have specific elements of their identity that have been underrepresented in business.
- What: This symposium focuses on the lived experiences of women business leaders who have historically been underrepresented in business. Specifically, speakers who identify as African American, Black, Hispanic, Latinx, and/or Native American will be featured.

This a special networking opportunity where prospective MBA candidates can sit side-by-side to hear stories and advice from current MBA students and representatives from various business schools’ admissions committees. The latter will share updated application tips and details about how they are prioritizing diversity, equity and inclusion.
