How will interdisciplinary knowledge and experience fill a critical leadership gap in our ever-evolving socioeconomic and sociopolitical global landscape?
How can a multi-sector perspective better prepare individuals to lead in a world filled with social movements, ethical scandals, and environmental and humanitarian crises?
Join University of Virginia Executive Vice President and Provost Thomas Katsouleas as he explores these issues in a moderated discussion among the three deans represented in the Tri-Sector Leadership Fellows Program : Dean Scott Beardsley of the Darden School of Business, Dean Risa Goluboff of the University of Virginia School of Law and Dean Allan Stam of the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy.
The Tri-Sector Leadership Fellows Program is a cross-university effort designed to explore effective, responsible leadership and the importance of multidisciplinary perspectives in decision-making, particularly when confronting some of society’s most challenging issues. The fellowship brings together prominent global leaders with graduate students and faculty from UVA’s policy, business, and law schools for a series of dynamic discussions.
This event will take place on 16 February 2018 from 3–4 p.m. in the Darden School’s Abbott Center Auditorium. Free parking is available in the Darden School garage. Please direct all inquiries to morsem@darden.virginia.edu
