Congratulations to Pamela Peace and all Executive MBA students in the Class of 2024 who graduated last weekend.
As the current Head of North America Institutional Client Management at PGIM Fixed Income, Peace’s strong leadership skills have been bolstered by pursuing her MBA.
Originally from King George county Virginia, she completed her undergraduate degree in Business Management at Hampton University. Peace is no stranger to a challenge. She ran her first marathon at 40 before going on to run six more. Her ability to push herself in her life and career is made possible by the strong support system around her.
Peace’s time at Darden lead her to achieve many things, including becoming Vice President of Community Engagement for her cohort.
Her main advice to anyone thinking about the program is to “have fun.” Embrace the conversations that will happen in and out of the classroom with peers and professors.
Listen to episode #307 on Darden’s ExecMBA podcast to hear more about her journey to Darden and the impact of the program.
I'm really excited to apply all of the experiences and exposures I had through this Darden experience in the next chapters of my life. This has been a fantastic challenge, but I'm ready to pass the torch to the next cohort, so they can have their run at the experience we had.
